The customer service in this store is brilliant! I was dealing with a guy called Ryan and he was brilliant. I didn't end up booking my trip due to a change of circumstances at home but until that point he was lovely, kept checking in to see if I'd made a decision and making recommendations.
I would highly recommend going here and using him!

We met the nicest person at peterpans and he helped us so much with creating a fantastic travel route. He gave us a great overview by showing us lots of pictures and videos of the places and tours that we'll do as well as telling us about his own experiences while traveling. You could really see that he loves what he's doing and that he didn't just want to sell us anything but wanted the best for us. All in all, we had an awesome experience with peter pans and are excited about our trip and having met an amazing person who we can now call our friend.
We couldn't have wished for a better travel agent than Michael!❤

Annabel was an excellent rep for the company. A pleasure to deal with and genuinely cared about me as a person as opposed to just getting a sale. Cannot recommend enough. Didn't want to book through a travel agent but Annabel made it too easy to refuse
