I went on a Sunday which was a very special day filled with massage, reike, a float and lunch. I personally feel it is very rare to find customer service at the highest standard; burst the float Centre I cannot express enough how genuinely good I was made too ferl. Everyone was so nice a d legitimately cared. The whole experience was outstanding and Trish is an amazing cook and her mum is beautiful. Everyone there is beautiful.

Had the pleasure of participating in one of the Sunday Discovery Sessions today. It was my first time floating and all of the staff involved made me feel comfortable and welcome. It was such an indescribable experience and I urge anyone to give it a go, you'll leave wanting another turn. Amazing!

I highly recommend this place. Been to Newcastle float centre twice now and never disappoints. The staff are very professional, friendly and caring people and I always float out of the float centre feeling extremely relaxed and at peace. Thanks again for the great service I will definitely return.

Fantastic facility with professional and friendly staff.
The owner goes above and beyond by researching customers issues so he can better understand how they can assist.
Parking can be a pain, but the treatments and staff well outweigh the inconvenience.
Strong supporters of the community, particularly to those in defence, policing, and emergency services.

De stress and heal your body and mind naturally through floating. The perfect tonic to today's fast paced and screen obsessed lifestyle:) Also Jason and Trish are such beautiful business owners and people. I love supporting them.
