Recently I visited the Kino Mond und Sterne open cinema experience in Munich. Both the location and the atmosphere there is really nice. You can grab fries and other snacks as well as drinks (hot and cold). The whole open air cinema is Lufthansa themed. Its also possible to rent blankets and placemats there, in case the weather is not that nice. Movies are presented without regard to the weather conditions!!!
I disliked the enormously long advertisement and trailer clip (approximately 30 min) befor the actual movie. You might have to leave before the end of the movie if you have to work the next day.
