Arrived late to join my group but that wasn't a problem for the restaurant to make space for me and fit me in. As everyone else had just received their food my came very quickly behind it. Fried hake done to perfection. I also ate half my friends bacalao dish which was ok.
Nice atmosphere, busy.

I have been to the restaurant several times now. Twice this holiday. I think it's the best restaurant I have been to in Porto. It has a limited menu of very high quality traditional Portuguese food at reasonable prices. It is very nice inside nothing fancy just how I like it. The staff are very professional and friendly. It's a little difficult to find at first but it's a must go to place if in Porto. A gem of a place.

Absolutely fabulous food, very kind staff and a pumpkin tart to die for. Local food in a cozy, family-run restaurant. Highly recommended!

Had the octopus on octopus rice. Big yummy serving which I actually finished, accompanied by a beautiful sweet white wine. My girlfriend had the cod with sliced potatoes. Lovely ambience and service.

Good, traditional home cooking, with the whole family involved, it appears. Even the waiter appears to be a family member, and didn't seem too inspired when we arrived (at an admittedly very late time). Simple, basic interior.
