Bathroom is very small ,there is no kettle also in room,even bedroom and bed also very small .but only advantage is you will get direct trams to Zurich airport no : 10 and no : 6 to zoo just infront of hotel.for Indians there is a Bombay Karachi hotel for food he will give the parcel also if required.breakfast is worst in this hotel even very small dining hall hardly 4 tables are available we were waiting for table for 15 minutes .ploybhan is also near by to visit the Eth university.there is no single super market near to the hotel .I have walk down almost 1.5 km to reach the coop super market which is located in Zurich Hb station.

Very helpful staff but rooms are very small and needs to be overhauled.

Clean quiet and the food was good. The ladies at the desk we're friendly. The men not so much. No bellpeople to help with luggage. Not handicap accessible. One person on staff at a time​.
