We had a sponatious idea to have diner last night in a well known estaurant and we chose this one. The Welcome was ok, the manager with a too large bally and smelly odour from his mouth, was already affecting our appetite (time of a change or a good dentist/fitness, we said to each other). We ordered starters and a main course, and were very detailed what the ingredients should be. Finally, the starters came, and some orders were missing.

We were waiting too long! Anyway..up to the main course. Unfortunately the ingredients ordered were not present (Pomodoro Sauce in the pasta) and after some time the plates were taken back to the kitchen. Again it was taking very long, maybe fresh servings, but I saw the cook was busy with other things. Our appetite disappeared and decided to ask for the bill. This was not really appreciated, a discussion was started if we would take this food home, we knew the food was used again together with the forgotten pomodoro sauce. At the background some customers tried to pay but the card payment did not work due to internet disconnection. After 5 minutes the customers were forced toi walk to an ATM to get money, although he presented a AMEX Black card. I final got the bill, and should be greatful the pasta was removed from the bill. We paid in cash CHF 87.50 and wanted to leave. Then another guest with a Labrador (soaked due to the weather/rain) came in and the dog (not his fault) was smelling, loading an odour that even was stronger than that of the manager.

You can imagine that this restaurant is cetainly of our recommendation list as of yesterday.

This is probably the best italian restaurant in whole Zurich. It's expensive but the quality is so good that you'll love it. Great wines too. Make sure to check the daily specials.

Definitely one of my favourite Italian restaurants in Zurich. They always produce amazing quality dishes using fresh ingredients and also have new specials to try all the time. I highly recommend the ravioli with parmasan creme sauce! Also don't forget to order desert and try their delicious version of tiramisu.

I have been here now several times and tried various pasta dishes, fish and meat, and deserts. It's all delicious 😋
