I went here for lunch with colleagues. Staff is very friendly and fast. Unfortunately we were the last ones in the restaurant to be served. Considering this is a Thai restaurant, we were served parboiled rice and not jasmine. Another person ordered the beef salad instead of the lazy Susan and was served only beef with two slices of tomatoes and three slices of cucumber. There could have at least been some rice noodles added instead of only meat. In general the food tasted good but for that price some elements were lacking.

Excellent food, very friendly and accommodating staff. Quaint and relaxing environment. I would definitely recommend and return again myself.

Really good Thai food ranging from starters, over classical curries to extravagant drinks and deserts. A bit pricey in my opinion but the service and food were worth it overall.

Service was very friendly, atmosphere is nice. Food was quite fast ready, fresh and good. However, rather expensive but it was a nice evening.

I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Having had the pleasure of dining there twice, I can say the service is consistent and the food is never short of absolutely amazing, and I'd even go as far to say as it was one of the many highlights of being in Zurich. Although the area may seem dubious in ascertaining The White Elephant, trust me, the inside is nothing like the industrial location outside, that was, admittedly, kind of a turn-off to my friends and me at first. Once you're inside however, the ambiance is hip, trendy, laid-back and very cool. The food is authentic and flavorful, and the presentation is simply stunning. Anyone looking for traditional, authentic Thai food will NOT be disappointed, and I'd venture to say it has become a staple of visiting th le Zurich area.
