Reception staff are always helpful. Can be hard to book an appointments if you are limited to certain times of the day. Dr Richter was a brilliant dentist, but since he's left his replacements have been fine.

To reiterate, what the previous reviewer said, service exemplary, all staff professional and courteous in manner.
I have required a lot of complex dental work, both routine and cosmetic, very satisfied.
As for linguistic issues, I have never experienced a problem.

Disgusting. Reception staff are rude and unhelpful, dentists are rude and have to wait about a month for an appointment. Worst dentist ever. The dentists are all unqualified people some of which speak limited English. I was left for 6 weeks with exposed nerves

Contrary to the negative review listed,I think a bit of balance is required. The staff are not rude or unpleasant, nor do appointments take 1 month. It's not perfect, but as a long term user of both private and NHS dentists, this one is pretty well up to standard. There are things that could be improved, but by and large you can entrust your dental care to this practice.If you are looking for cosmetic or very specialist dental work, there are other practices that might be more appropriate, but they operate at much higher cost.
