Expensive like all vets, but, known and previously trusted ear treatment for my spaniel was changed to a more expensive route of treatment which ultimately didn't work as well

Absolutely appalling! The locums should be vetted more thoroughly themselves before being allowed near our precious pets. A complete traumatising disgrace.

Absolutely vile how myself and my puppy have been treated.. I'm not going right into detail but for charges £66 to have my 2 day old puppy checked and hospitalized for the day and got told they will do everything they can to help the puppy not one with that a they put her on the drip like they said they would and the puppy died! Don't waste your money or time!!!
