I was in today choosing a thundershirt and a new bed for my dog. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly as always towards myself and my dog. Gave good advice. If they didn't know something,they quickly found someone who did. Pleasure to shop here and great that my dog can come too.

Terrible grooming and bad sevice and I go to one in tollcross called Gg's pampered pooches and I wouldn't go any where else they treat all dog like babies and I'm so happy with the overall groom at Gg's pampered pooches I highly recommend it.

Took wee jess here as local groomer only does wash n trims now. Went back to get her and she was locked in a cat box! through the back on her own. She has never been locked in anything smaller than a house! She was terrified, she used to love pets at home, loved the rabbits and picking a snack or squeak. Now she won't even get out of the car!!! I wish they had told me the procedure I would have stayed with her. Have found a lovely groomers in carmyle (carmyle avenue) lovely women and jess loves it. 😊🐶 (happy dog)x
