As a person who knows absolutely nothing about cars I can not begin to say how pleased I was from my initial phone call with Marie to Stephen explaining everything to me in layman's terms and showing me the defective parts that had been replaced.
To be honest my initial feeling on entering the premises was that I was out of my depth here, but how wrong I was. I will definitely recommend Global to all my family and friends and will be returning my car for its Service, MOT and any other repairs that may need doing. Thank you guys. Richard Burke
