I love RMUK, I have been going here for years and always come out with outstanding results from hair extensions to a colour & cut as well as complex hair treatments. Massi trains his staff to a very high standard and makes sure that they are experts in all areas. I have been to other hair salons who have messed up my hair big time and I always come back to Massi who fixes all my problems which most hairdressers wouldn’t do. Hence why I am and always will be a loyal customer of RMUK

I must say what a wonderful and always professional experience I get from Roberto and his team. I have been a client of Roberto for over 10 years now and I think the guy is a legend. I love the environment of the salon, the professionalism of his staff and the salon has a trademark that he has created which is unique the ambience...wow. Everyone is friendly but most important everyone knows how to treat you on arrival. Roberto is really the best you can get in the north... he is up to date and I trust him. He has his marque and signature which is Roberto!! THANK YOU RMUK XX P.s no-one else will cut my hair..

What a wonderful salon!
Jade was my hairdresser today. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy a few months ago and she was really sensitive to my needs as well as treating me like a human being!
Lovely cut, great staff, very friendly.
Met the owner Roberto afterwards too. Such a nice man.
Will definitely be returning!!

Absolutely AMAZING experience... felt like a day out at a really expensive spa... But in the heart of the city!
From the moment we walked in and were greeted at reception the staff could not have been more attentive and helpful. My best friend and I had a lovely day and will be back to try more!
