Everybody is so friendly. Have been going for a number of years. My hairdresser left and I found it difficult to replace but they have let me try until I have found Ben. Just understands me. Good selection of items to buy, and a good spa centre below stairs, so calming.

This is my second visit to Russell Eaton in Leeds and this salon is just amazing, the team are so welcoming and friendly.
A special thank you to Daniel the senior colourist, he just works absolute miracles with hair colour. My hair was nearly black on my first visit at the back end of April and his exceptional knowledge, experience and technique with colour has got me to the desired blonde that I didn't even think was possible without it all falling out. My hair is still in great condition which is just amazing!!
I couldn't recommend this salon enough!!

I visited Russell Eaton for the first time not too long ago. The staff were so lovely and welcoming - I needed a haircut desperately, and they managed to find me a slot with Mia the same day I rang up. I'm from Newcastle and was just visiting Leeds on the day so it was perfect. All the staff were really attentive, they brought me a lovely pot of tea, and Mia cut my hair beautifully - one of the best experiences at a hairdressers I've ever had. Would definitely recommend.
