Dr N D Pathak

I've been seen by Dr Pathak and she's absolutely brilliant! It was only when I had to call I surgery to book an appointment on the same day that turned me mad! I started calling from 07:58. Kept trying until 08:02 and thought that there might be sth wrong as I kept receiving voice msg only to dial some other numbers! So I checked on the google where it showed opening times from 9am- Mon to Fri! Ah! So I waited till 08:58 and receptionist told me that all appointments already booked for the day as I should have called at 8am! Whhaat!?!?

Absolutely ridiculous. The surgery is a nightmare to get through to. Iv been calling since 8.00am it now 8.19 and iv rang 26 times and the lines are still busy. I'm trying to get a appointment for my 16 month because he has diarrhoea and when I finally get through to them if ever all the appointments will be gone. Something needs to change.
