Honestly, the review does not even deserve one star. The front desk staff did not inform us that they did not have any hot water. Fifteen minutes after we checked into our room my wife went to shower and said that there is no hot water we walked up to the front desk to speak with the staff and asked why we were not told before we paid them so we could of went to another hotel. They acted like they did not care and it was not their problem. The staff here mainly the manager Crystal she is unprofessional, they don't have any customer service or hospitality training period. They do not care about guest. They were not willing to give us a discount or refund of any kind at all and they were rude and unprofessional Do yourself a favor stay some other place like knights inn or sleep inn because this place just wants your money they do not offer breakfast the coffee is so watered down it taste like water that is just brown. The morning after we checked in their phone lime had no service, the cable was out and they still had no hot water. We have reported them to the better business bureau and lodging association.

I can honestly say this is the worst place I've ever stayed. Actually, I didn't stay… it was so bad we forfeited the room cost and moved to the Radisson. The place is under renovarion and there is construction debris everywhere. If that wasn't bad enough, there were what appeared to be crackheads roaming the parking lot. Had we stayed, we felt we would've had to sleep with one eye open. The sheriff even made a visit to the parking lot during the short timw we were there. Do yourself a favor and stay ANYWHERE else.

Had to stay there for close to a month. So about 3 weeks give or take a few days. Not bad for its price. Room service was ok. Not too much of a problem. Need a place to stay and can't afford something fancy? This is a good place. They have the smoking section and no smoking section as well as breakfast. Just like other hotels you can't take it out with you. It's repetitive but it's still free. Pool was clean for the most part and it was pretty quiet after dark. Was recommended that place by a family member who stayed there for months who whenever came into town stayed there numerous occasions. They also do not give out information like room numbers. Sometimes the manager is rude i believe it was the overnight manager but overall not too terrible to where you wouldn't stay there. It has low ratings but it's a go to place when in need and not terrible its pretty decent which is why I rate 3 stars. Nothing fancy but good enough to stay there for long periods of time if need be.

The cleaning crew were not the best, they were in and out too fast to do a good job, but they did come everyday, for no extra charge. There is a lot of unpleasant people that visit this hotel like drug dealers and prostitutes, but the price of the stay is reasonable for a short term stay. Especially if you are down on your luck, as we were at that time. It is true that they need to update all of the hotel and amenities. The carpet, bathtubs, doors and definitely the mattresses, need to be changed... with all that being said, there were two white ladies in the office that were very kind and cut us some slack when needed.... but the older white lady was unkind. They main office associate named Rachel was a life saver and I will always be grateful to her, inspite of the poor upkeep of the hotel.

This place should be condemned and demolished. Absolutely horrific accomodations. I had no idea any establishment was allowed to operate with such miserable conditions. I did not trust a single aspect of this hotel, from the other people staying in the other rooms to the management. Every time I went to the front desk, they were talking to the other "customers" as if they were friendly residents of a down right ghetto boarding home. I never left any of my possessions in the room. The room smelled like 50 years of cigarettes had been smoked inside. The bathrooms were a disgrace. The bedding conditions were atrocious. Everything going on around me was suspect and there is no level of feeling safe.
