Super friendly and patient service. The team was overwhelmed and over-booked which made my wait time long. BUT, they did upgrade me for free. All in...great location.

Great quick easy service :) the assistant manager tyrell did a great job, didn't get the car I wanted but got a nice car none the less

Great Location and staff! They were helpful and made this rental experience easy and smooth even with having to change up rental time and drop off location! Definitely recommend this location if renting from enterprise!

It's extremely unfortunate when you do a lot of business with someone, and also planned on doing future business with them, but they are totally cool with inconveniencing you for THEIR mistake. I picked up my car and it was completely filthy, in which someone did follow up with me and ask about my customer service experience and quickly shut me up with a 20% discount off my rental. That was cool. However, when I went to turn in the vehicle, I was adamant on having the total amount due charged to my business card instead of my credit card (which was extremely important for accounting records.)
After leaving, and checking my account several days later, I see that it was still charged on my regular credit card and not on my business account.
I called to talk to an employee to express my dissatisfaction with the whole ordeal in which he put me on hold, and then connected me with a manager whom I had to sit there and explain my whoollle story over again to, in which he said I'm sorry, and that I would have to come in to change the payment on my card. Why should I have to inconvenience myself for a mistake YOU made.
Needless to say, Ill just be renting my cars elsewhere.

The guy here really took care of me. I had reserved a car online last minute for a huge holiday weekend and 10 minutes before I was to pick up the vehicle at another location, they called to tell me they gave the car away and were all out. After the run around over the phone trying to scramble for another car, the operator led me to the last car available in Tampa at the Kennedy location. Double the price, but a safe reliable brand new F150 instead of a small compact whatever. Regardless, the gentleman who helped me was able to cut me a little deal and get me on the road in less than 5 minutes. Drop off was also painless, fast and efficient.
