I rented a car from this company for 2 days and on the 2nd day while doing errands, it died. We checked and it would not start even though it tried. We checked the oil and it was empty. We waited 2 plus hours, being told we could hire a tow truck at our expense. When someone did finally come, they saw that the oil was low and that the battery was dead because we were trying to start it. When I returned it, they said I had to call the next day for the manager. I called today and was told that it wasn't their concern that we caused the problem. HUH? How was a lack of oil our fault. At time of rental, they also used a tablet to do our information on the rental claiming there system was not working on the computer. Really. I tried to just post this complaint but wouldn't allow me until I pressed a star, they don't even deserve that.

I recently rented from them and must say this was the easiest and fastest I've been out of a rental car company. Everyone was nice and friendly. The price was very reasonable. This will be my new go to rental car. One thing I would say is the car did have anywhere to charge my phone.

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THEM RENTED A CAR FOR MY MOM FOR HER TRIP TO FLORIDA AND THEY WERE COMPLETELY RUDE AND TERRIBLE EVEN BLAMING HER FOR HER "BREAKING THE RENTAL" SHES A 60 YEAR OLD WOMAN AND THEY MADE HER CRY! THE CREEPY GUY AT THE DESK HIT ON HER AND ASKED HER OUT AND THE LADY MANAGER WAS A COMPLETE MORON. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO WITH ALAMO OR ENTERPRISE THEY ARE AWESOME AND CARE ABOUT THIER CUSTOMERS, WISH I COULD GIVE NO STARS!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are plenty of other options in the Tampa Bay area. I rented a car from this place about a month ago because I was involved in an accident. For starters, the young lady at the desk seemed to show no compassion or concern for customer service. My day was already super stressful and she made it worst with her attitude. MAJOR alert: If you pay for (x) amount of days and choose not to use all the days reserved they will no REFUND the access money. Its apparently their policy. Secondly, as the vehicle I received was inspected I drove away and quickly realized that the young lady had not documented the miles on the car correctly. I was given 150miles for my 1 day after I paid the additional costs. To ad insult to injury the miles was already 52 miles over what she stated on the rental contract. Places like this seem to have really questionable tactics to make money and they provide no service to our community. I HATE SCAM ARTISTS. Do NOT I Repeat DO NOT rent car from this place. Your experience will be devastating.
