I love the apple crisp and sliders (when fresh)...at times ice cream is served partially melted...but we keep coming back because of great and friendly employees and superb cleanliness in dining area and bathrooms....ALWAYS remember to the rung the bell when satisfied.

Normally I do not have any issues with this estabilshment but on Oct. 24, 2017, that changed. I went through the drive through and used my debit card and when I saw it was swiped twice, I was adviced that their machine was messing up. After I left, I checked my account and saw how I was charged twice for my meal. I immediately contacted the supervisor at the store, Matt, and was advised to contact them back when it comes out of my account. On Oct. 28th, 2017 both charges came out of my account and I contacted the store again and spoke to a woman supervisor that advised that there was nothing she can do and that their systems just got replaced but directed me to contact her manager Ed. So I called Ed at the number she provided and he informed me that he was the District Manager for Tampa and that it would be on my financial institution to reverse the charge. I am completely baffled at the fact that I have to do all this work for a mistake that I did not do. As a corporate trainer that handles and oversees Customer Service, this has been a very unpleasant experience where leadership is unknowledgeable and unwilling to assist. This mis-handling of my situation has resulted in me not returning or referring anyone to this specific estabilshment.

Very good food but to far away, need to build a facility in Sun City Center,Fl. There are 10,000 people in a five square mile and we are tired of McDees,KFC and Taco Bell, please consider this area!

Fast, hot, tasty! They have Pepsi products and they are wheelchair compatible. Loved my visit! Rang the bell on my way out, too.
