Mitchell's Fish Market

Arrived Saturday Late Afternoon - @ 4:45- sat at Bar. The Bartenders were Tanya & Ashley. They were great. They were fun & pleasant, and easy to converse with. Ashley is a talented mixologist, with great ideas- As far as our Food........ I would've given more Stars for our Bar experience, but Mitchell's failed miserably, when my husband opened a package of Saltines, to have with our Oysters on the half shell, he took a bite, and immediately grabbed a bar napkin to spit out the moldiest, fuzzy mildewy cracker we've ever seen! It was so disgusting, he quickly ran to the Restroom, to rinse out his mouth.... if that wasnt enough.... all of the rest of the cracker packages, which were placed all over our Fresh Oyster Platter
were either open, and or soft..... and the packets were dirty! SO GROSS.... the Roasted Fall Veggie Plate came half way out, then was returned to the kitchen, because THEY thought it was overdone, what it was replaced with was a cold, undercooked plate of inedibleness- much later, when we were already done with our meals. We did get a visit from a Manager, Tammy, who apologized.... but that doesn't excuse moldy crackers & inedible food- We spent over $130 dollars on 4 Small Plates & 4 drinks..... 2 of which were not edible..... Shame on You Mitchell's-

Amazing food. The fish was great and also the service. They have private dining also and some tables have curtains for privacy too. The atmosphere is elegant and the menu offers many great options for seafood and wines.

I would give this place zero stars if that was a possibility. Where do I start? First, our waitress seemed dense or drugged out. Ordinary requests like can we have some bread, we're acknowledged but ignored. Once bludgeoned into patronage, we did not get any butter. Really? Does this waitress never eat out herself?

Then there was the poor service. Gone for 20 minute clips, there was no attention. Whatsoever. Want a glass of water (previously asked for), FORGET it. Dehydrate!

Then the food eventually came. Soggy Caesar's salad, crab legs offered with no implements to get into them, and the list goes on.

One last dig. This was my fiancee's birthday. They ruined it. Run far, far away grom this restaurant!!!!

Mitchell's is way overpriced for what you get, not a good value. Entrees need to be $10-15 cheaper for this kind of place. The service was good (although my wife got tired of the robotic waiter constantly saying yes Mam) and food came out quick but for the money there's way better restaurants out there. Not to mention the decor is a bit sterile. That and the prices may explain why there were so many empty tables on Sat night. Sorry if that sounds harsh but this place needs to step up their game. In my opinion Bonefish Grill blows this place away on multiple levels.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to, food was excellent and our waitress Tasha was incredibly nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend!! I got the perfect pair and my boyfriend got the ribeye they were both delicious! I ordered a salted caramel and chocolate latte by accident thinking it was a mocha and it was still amazing even if I'm not the biggest fan of lattes.
