Pet cares Bendigo recently opened in Ballarat. I was looking for a dog walker so I thought I would give them a go. How disappointing was my choice. If anyone in the Ballarat and surrounding areas are looking for pet care, I strongly recommend you give this company a very wide berth. My dogs were to be walked 3 days a week for an hour at a time. I'm very doubtful this rarely happened but still charged full 3 days. I wanted to deal directly with the walker regarding any cancellations rather than letting the walker and office know of my intentions due to the weather this winter in Ballarat. I also felt the walker was totally dis interested in my dogs and it was just a job. She had a real attitude problem. She had no animal skills at all. My dealings with the office was a similar attitude I asked for my key to be returned by 5 pm after cancelling my walks. I'm still waiting for this to happen. I would not recommend leaving a key for your home, as it will be very difficult to get back. No company has the right to have a key to your home, especially when you have asked for it to be returned. I feel this company and staff are driven totally by greed. So people of Ballarat and surrounding areas really do your home work and shop around. Very dissatisfied

Petcarers in Bendigo is where pet owners turn to when they want the best in home care for their pets.
They care for cats, dogs, rabbits, Guinea pigs, chickens, reptiles, birds and even horses.
If the owner is away on holidays, in hospital, or busy at work - the services covers all aspects of pet care. They offer home sitting where the carer stays in the home and cares for the pets, or different length of visits depending on what is required, a pet taxi service to vets and even watering the garden and pots.
Bins are put and brought in as is the mail, and all the carers are friendly, caring animal lovers with a back ground in animal care, animal first aid and are all police checked and insured.
