Food and service is fairly average, not overly busy compared to other restaurants in the area. Public holiday surcharge makes it not really great value.

No table service although drinks and food is priced as if there were. Cold inside. At least food was tasty.
Did not remind me of Cuba, nor were the meals particularly Cuban. Note: I've never been to Cuba per se but have been to little Havana, Miami which totally counts.
