A good host of the conference I was presenting at. Dropping a couple of stars as the paid AV offered was terrible (TVs with no audio, projector with no audio, wireless microphones with empty batteries), and the restaurant off the lobby refused to serve a coffee because it was lunchtime.

This is a beautiful classic Vienna style hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious. It all depends what you're looking for. When I stay in Vienna, I prefer a Viennesse type hotel rather than a more modern one. The breakfast buffet is also very good, especially the bread.

Excellent hotel. Elegant, big and fill with good service! The rooms are really nice, and all cigarillos very well prepared

An amazing place to stay during a trip to Vienna. The amenities are far and beyond any you've likely visited before and the location within the city is perfect as you are within walking distance of all the major sites. Definitely make it a point to try the breakfast buffet!
