Michelin guide is a roller-coaster: you can find excellent restaurants or you can be directed to average ones. Lam & Yin was on the forgettable ones. The first course was an excellent Peking duck without any other vegetable or sauce or garnish, Just a piece of duck.
The main was Lamb cooked Sichuan style without any depth or layers of flavour and brought with boiled chop suey.. The only good point was the excellent quality of the meat.

This intimate restaurant serves fantastic Chinese food and has a lovely atmosphere. The menu choices are limited, but everything we tried was incredible!

OK, OK, the menu isn't much different than before. But still, this is the best Chinese restaurant I've ever visited. It's small, so don't forget to make reservations.
The staff is friendly and helpful. They deserve a visit from you, so grab the phone also call for a reservation!
