My house is 1million better and cozy than this hotel. The customer service is poor. The only good thing is closer to the city centre.

The hotel is located in a crowdy street not far away from Brussels' hotspots around the Northern Station. And this is practically the only positive thing on may say about it. The building is old and ugly, the interior not better. The bathroom could not be used because of the mushrooms on the walls. Breakfast is extra and the price (between 50 and 60€ a night) definetly too high. There are few places in Brussels I refuse to enter again, but this is one of them.

It was a very bad choice of me. The room was dirty and small (it seems it was a single room with a "double bed"). Shared showers, poor breakfast. The staff was very unpolite.

very old and ugly hotel the people who works there are so aggressive.the hotel is very old there is no heater there is no luggage room and the bathroom is also so bad just pay more a bit and go sleep in better place .

It was the worst hotel I've ever visited. They stole my rayban glasses from the room. Act in a agressive way to us, they have no luggage room. The rooms is not clean at all and the bed is so cheap and really bad quality. And its not a cheap hotel! ou pay 50€ per person!!!! The bathroom are shared with 10 more people. Dont make a mistake! dont book here!
