“Too expensive for its quality”
Good things about this hotel are:
- its location: chatelain and right off the avenue Louise (great at day and evening time, crawled with prostitutes at night)
- its super friendly staff
- the over sized rooms
But it is awfully expensive for what you get. You can get way better quality at a fairer rate in Brussels.
Beyond that, their bar closes at 12pm on a weekday, we couldn't get any drinks anymore although there was staff present.
The biggest joke is that they call themselves a "boutique" hotel! This is ridiculous, have you seen their 1980's interior? (Maybe that's what they're referring to, they didn't renovate since). Let's be fair, the only "boutique" is the vase on their brochure and the 'boutiques" on the nearby avenue Louise.

Fancy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff. It's a bit of a walk from downtown, but public transportation is abundant if you don't prefer to travel on foot.

Excellent value for money. Spacious and well appointed rooms, own restaurant with the garden, proximity to the city center make this place great choice. But the best value is friendčand attentive staff.

very good quality price: 140 for one night during a weekday is good value. But they should give free water.

This was a 4 star place many years ago but missed to stay up to date. Wi-Fi is slow and there are no free plugs in the rooms. Just like they're trying to safe the energy of you loading your phone. the staff is polite but rather concerned about guarding the parking space in front than assisting guests. There is no free water or other complementarities. We left disappointed after 3 nights at this $$$$ place.
