Very good hotel located close to train stations, museums and shopping. Great restaurant and friendly and helpful staff

We booked a deluxe room for just under 1k but upgraded for only 10e a night to the prestige room, after seeing the deluxe room was relatively small. The prèstige room is much nicer and more spacious but the shower is REALLY small. It doesn't make sense how small it is. Also, there is no shelf in there so you are forced to put shower gel and shampoo on the floor and keep bending down in the small space. Pressure and temperature was good though. WiFi is free and plenty fast for HD streaming. Breakfast is good, continental options and full English spread with cured meats and cheese and pastries. No coffee or tea service though. Bed is comfortable but the double bed is two smaller pushed together. All staff very friendly. Turning down service where you're basically given a couple of chocolates. Would have been nice to offer a bottle of water and some snack for night of arrival.

+ Clean Rooms. Nice bed. Friendly Stuff. Breakfast is fine.
- Stuff always has to ask their supervisor before answering my questions. Not luxury. Not worth the price. Rooms are very simple for such a high class hotel.

The room was amazing, very big and a very comfortable bed. Great location, we were able to walk everywhere we went. Parking was limited so we parked around the corner but less than 5 minutes away. The English of the guy that checked us in was not great but not terrible. Overall a great hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a Brussels getaway.
