I loved Max Hotel! I made my reservation for this hotel, last minute, literally hours before my trip to Brussels. I selected this hotel at random and crossed my fingers that it wouldn't be a dump. Max hotel was anything but a dump. The staff was always friendly and helpful when I had troubles using their self service computers. My room was clean, and had a modern feel. However, the best part about Max hotel was the location! I had a fantastic view of downtown Brussels from my room, and I was right around the corner from the City 2 shopping mall, and with in walking distance from the historic square. I was nervous to be in Brussels by myself for a weekend, but all my nerves subsides when I entered the Max Hotel.

절대로 여기서 숙박하지마세요. 난방안됨 감기걸림. 인터폰 안됨. 창문못열게해서 방에 들어가면 홀아비냄새남. 직원 무능력함. 직원이 무능력한데 정색까지함.(밤에 너무 추워서 낮에 가서 난방이 안되니 해결해주세요 했는데 방에 와보더니 괜찮은데?? 이럼 언쟁이 24시간을 감. 매니져가 3명이나 바껴서 해결되지를 않음. 그래서 리셉션 앞에 앉아있으니 작은 스토브하나줌
와이파이 있으나마나함.
Bleib niemals hier Heizung ist nicht möglich. Keine Gegensprechanlage Ich kann das Fenster nicht öffnen, also wenn ich das Zimmer betrete, rieche ich eine Witwe. Mitarbeiter Inkompetenz. Das Personal war inkompetent, aber es war zu schwierig, es zu erreichen. (Es war zu kalt in der Nacht, so dass ich nicht die Hitze am Tag bekommen konnte, also habe ich versucht, es zu beheben, aber als ich ins Zimmer kam, war es okay. Ein kleiner Herd sitzt vor dir
Wifi ist sowieso da.
Never stay here. Heating is not possible. Interphone failure. I can not open the window, so when I enter the room, I smell a widow. Employee incompetence. The staff is incompetent but it is too difficult to get to it. (It was too cold at night so I could not get the heat in the day, so I tried to fix it, but when I came to the room, it was okay. One small stove is sitting in front of you
Wifi is there anyway.
Ne restez jamais ici. Le chauffage n'est pas possible. Pas d'interphone. Je ne peux pas ouvrir la fenêtre, alors quand j'entre dans la pièce, je sens la veuve. Incompétence des employés. Le personnel était incompétent mais il était trop difficile d'y parvenir. (Il faisait trop froid la nuit, donc je ne pouvais pas obtenir la chaleur dans la journée, alors j'ai essayé de le réparer, mais quand je suis arrivé dans la chambre, c'était bien. Un petit poêle est assis devant vous

Very good hotel, very close to the centre. There is a metro station on a stones throw. There are various restaurants and shops around the hotel. The condition of the rooms are perfect.

A very clean and simple hotel. Right next to the centre of the city with a quick walk to Le Grande Place. Hotel has all the amenities, food and drink in stocked vending machines, everything at a very cheap price. Staff very helpful.

Rooms are clean and air-conditioned, basic but ok. Good price-quality balance. Check-in is (almost) automatic (there were a few bugs, but luckily staff was happy to help when needed). Design of the hotel is peculiar, particularly the elevators. Only minus: faint smell from the toilets, but all in all not that bad.
