Caution: Take a look at the screenshots of its WiFi speed before you book, and thats at its fastest... also when asked for a towel in the middle of the night, this Indian looking chap says he does not have access to towels and had to wait the next morning, even though it advertised as 24 hour service with reception open around the clock and they won't trust you so you need to leave the keys with them on your way out, just as I did and forgot and got chased by the reception for the key across the street, thinking someone was going to attack me. The next morning at 9:15am after breakfast today when again asking for towel, again reception guy tells me no access to towel, and only when I got really angry as I was late for work and said I will make a negative review did he somehow managed to provide a towel as he is too lazy even to walk up this 4th floor (no elevators), but even asked me whether I had a shower the previous night before to try to humiliate me as if I really wanted to manipulate my way for a free used dirty hotel towel...
Euro 15 for breakfast for me consisted of 2 slices of white toast, glass of orange juice and coffee. You tell me if that is extortion or a rip-off because breakfast finishes at 9am and when I arrived it was 90% empty and the guy even wanted to shut off TV so we can eat breakfast faster so that his Kebab shop can open for regular business...
There is no way the original price could be at £173 sterling per night could be true after I checked in, no price discount because the original says £173 per night discounted down to Euro 40 per night, I thought I had a bargain, but when I looked at the room rate outside it says Euro 45 per night. What a con. I will report this as fraud and misrepresentation as I am not sure whether it is allowed to do that in Belgium, certainly not in UK or other parts of the world I hope. Overall don't book just because it says discount when upon arrival there isn't. Bad service, no lift, extremely narrow stairway. Filthy bathroom, window sills looked as though the black and fury mold had been there since the 70's and curtains that you wouldn't want to touch, and sharing of WiFi with others at 1.58MB/s, so slow that it prevented me from working or even a Skype call kept dropping out. Never in a million years does it deserve to get customers and hopefully these kind of hotels should not operate, even less of a standard than living in a 12 bed dorm in hostel. EDIT: Not sure why photos attached are not shown.
I said I am recording the message via WhatsApp with how bad the service is, and the reception doesn't even care, who simply commented "Go ahead" and when I asked for the manager to report, another reception man says there is no manager. This is atrocious service at its worst.

"ATTENTION THIS IS SO IMPORTANT"
We came to the hotel late at night at 2:00 because we had been traveling from Germany in a car and the traffic was terrible so we were late, as the check in time was over. But when we finally got to the hotel, all very tired and with luggage the guy in the reception said that the check in time was over and he couldn't let us in. We tried to explain the situation and he definitely saw how tired we were but he didn't want to treat us as to human beings but said that we had two choices either to spend the night in the street or call the police, not the best offer to make to the customers, is it? We spent there over 45 minutes then finally someone else came, saw the situation and told the guy to accept us and he just gave the key of the room which we had already paid for and which was ready.
We were awfully offended from the staff, because they announce that the hotel has a 24 hour reception, but just offered us to spend the night in the street, this was the first hotel where we were not treated humanly. We definitely faced racism from the staff because they asked our nationalities and aced accordingly.
Though the location was good enough, it was hard to reach the 2nd floor where the reception was because of inconvenient stairs, which were too narrow and it was dangerous to climb them with heavy luggage.
The room and everything in it was not clean. Everything was cheap and broken.

Quite dirty. My room had 2 beds, the individual one had dust, it looked like no one had slept on it for a while and the sheets hadn't been changed. The big bed's sheets had red stains on it...
The shower had mold all over and there were some large hairs as well, it clearly hadn't been cleansed before we checked in.
The people who worked there were nice, though. The breakfast was ok, is what you get for the price you pay.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The place is simple, clean. Rooms were a bit tight for space. Good provision of free guest wifi, breakfast included, heater. Conveniently located around eateries, shops and metro.
