This monument was errected in memory of Rev'd John Barclay, the first minister of St.Andrews Presbyterian Church. He died in 1826, aged 30. Later, ten thousand others who died in typhoid epidemics were burried in this park in mass graves. - Kingston Airfield photo gallery
