One of the most expensive orthodontists in the city and very inconsiderate of patient time. I am always waiting at least 45min to 1 hour for my scheduled appointment. They clearly take on too many patients and then tell you that you have to book 2 months in advance to schedule an appointment. I cannot
recommend Dr. Schacher because of this.

Hands down the best orthodontist office in the city! I have never heard anything bad about this place and now that I am a client here, I understand all the hype. Not only is Dr. Schacher an extremely nice man, he is beyond knowledgeable and good at what he does. I've also never met anyone that is unhappy with his work which makes me excited for my finished result. As for his staff, they're all a great bunch as well. Carol, Anne and Mike are my favorites. Carol always makes you feel welcomed and like you've know each other forever. She's always on the ball, as soon as she sees my face, she knows my name, how to pronounce it and knows my exact appointment time without me telling her. Anne is such a nice and gentle lady. I broke 5 brackets within my first week of having braces and she stayed later one day to fit me in to have them fixed asap. Mike, he is your go to guy when you need to be in and out. Every time I've seen him, it just so happens that I need to be in and out for work, I don't think I've ever sat in his chair for more than five minutes which is nice when you're in a rush. Overall, the atmosphere at this place is great and would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to have some ortho work done. As for the review that says that they've never seen Dr. Schacher at any of their appointments, I'm not sure what days you're there on but I've seen him at all but two of my appointments. One being braces molds and having a wire put back in. Other than that, wether he's dealing with me directly or not I always see him busy around there. When my treatment is finished, I'll be sad to not see everyone on a regular basis lol.

I am the Clinic Coordinator @ Schacher Orthodontics. In my years as a Certified Dental Assistant I have never met an Orthodontist who is so very knowledgeable and caring about thier patients. He is so passionate about his work that he guarantees his work for as long as you live. He also has the best retention program to keep your teeth nice and straight for years after braces. With over 30 years of experience in Orthodontics Dr. Schacher will not turn you down no matter what problems or case you have whether its jaw problems or you just want to have that beautiful smile. Dr Schacher is your best bet. If somebody told you that u need jaw surgeries or extractions of four premolars or tells you that your kids are too young to start treatment, come see Dr. Schacher and he will answer all your questions and give you peace of mind. We have free examination and free consultation. X-rays and impressions for dental models are free too! Plus were the ONLY Orthodontist office that has a movie theatre!!!

My daughter got braces here. Her treatment started 7 months ago. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this office because we are yet to see the orthodontist. He has not taken part in any of her visits. They keep telling us "next visit" he will check up, but still has not happened. They obviously take on more patients then they can handle because we wait 30-60 min for her SCHEDULED appointments every visit. They are always running behind and sometimes we end up leaving because I have to take my other kids to their sports. The worst part is that the staff are usually in a bad mood by the end of the day and end up rushing with her. Sometimes they don't even give her a chance to floss or brush when her wires are off. I am very disappointed because I wouldn't have paid $7000 for her braces if I knew the orthodontist was so far removed and that I would be waiting an hour for a 10 minute rushed wire switch. Let's just say they have a movie theatre for a reason.

Amazing staff! Caring and friendly. Awesome environment for all ages. Movie theater too! my son had an after hour emergency and Dr. S came into office on a Saturday to help my child. Extremely satisfied and will recommend him to anyone who need orthodontic work
