Very friendly workers, but they don't do the delivery themselves. Unfortunately for us, the delivery service took well over an hour to get us our food. They are very accommodating to make dishes vegetarian, but the food lacks personality. It's a good safe choice if nothing else :)

Food is pretty decent. Atmosphere and service is fairly crappy. It's a good place to support, however. I think there forte' is take out.
