Ventura's never seems to disappoint- the venue is like a picture of Portugal. Just get the seafood platter- you'll thank me later... ;)

Arrived at 8:30 on a Saturday night and was greeted by the hostess who "had to check to see if the kitchen was still open"
She came back and informed us that there were 2 large Christmas parties and that it would be 1.5 hour wait for food. The place was almost empty, we saw one table with 6-8 people, but hardly enough to put the kitchen behind that much.
Maybe the staff wanted to leave early since it was slow and didn't want us holding them up?
Won't return.

Absolutely Amazing!!! Took my Grandmother here for her 90th birthday supper and she absolutely loved the flavours from back home. She hasn't been able to cook like that in a few decades and really enjoyed the food. The staff was very welcoming and our server was very pleasant and funny. Definitely going back. The seafood was dynamite!!
