I found Elements and Vanessa just over a year ago when I googled shellac manicures and I have been back every 2 or 3 weeks since! She is amazing....we have a lot of fun and I get incredible customer service. She has exceeded my expectations of aesthetics! I really enjoy our visits. You will not be disappointed if you visit Vanessa!

I have been going to Vanessa for about 10 years, as i started having manis and facials fairly young. I am frequently complemented on my good skin and this is all because of Vanessa. Vanessa made me feel comfortable from the very first time I went to see her. She is an absolute professional. The facials are amazing - and bar none - the best one's I have ever found at any spa. My sister in law opened spas all across Canada, and i always would compare them to Vanessa's when i went in to test them. Nothing compared. Vanessa stays very on top of the latest colours, trends (shellac), and techniques in massage and body care. She is personable and friendly and will provide a fantastic experience. If you're looking for a place to induldge and relax with the best service - look no further.

Vanessa is fantastic and makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed. She told me how I should be taking care of my skin, specific to my skin type and I've seen such great results, especially during the harsh winter months. Her facials and massages were definitely worth it! This will be my regular spa in Hamilton from now on.
