Too bad you can't rate it zero, waited for 10 mins in drive thru at the speaker before my order was taken, order a cheeseburger and I needed to wait another 10 mins for it. Not to mention waiting 10 mins to get to the window, 30 mins for a cheeseburger. The worst!!

A new low in slow service, they messed up my order and went back to the front of the line and stood there for 5 minutes calling someone to help before someone actually talked to me. It took another 10 minutes to get my replacement sandwich.

I hate mcdonalds, but this gentlemen by the name of Errol really showed me another side of mcdonalds. He is a really hard working employee who really made my day be a good one last saturday. Not only did he impress me with the way he handled all the orders, but he did a great job with handling all the heat of the busy night and serving everybody with well presented meals. Everybody was amazed and he needs more recognition for this. I will guarantee you i will never get better service at ANY other mcdonalds. Thanks again Errol!
