Got 10 wings for an appetizer for $9.99 and they were worse than the bar wings you get for $.35, with very little sauce on the wings. They come with blue cheese or ranch in the side and it was never delivered. Main course I paid extra for dark meat and the portion was dismal, the Cesar didn't have Parmesan on it, very little dressing and the lettuce didn't taste fresh, wife's meal was equally disappointing. Not impressed with this and won't return. Choose one of the other restaurants on those Cineplex dinner and movie deals from Costco.

The new Swiss chalet is a nice restaurant. The food is consistent with all other locations. Can be very busy with long waits for tables and food.

Very busy, can be noisy, hard to find parking. Reasonably priced. Friendly staff.

Awesome food and lovely people! Really like all the draft and local craft beer on tap. Some of these waitress have been around for many years and it's like coming home for a visit. We really like your new Swiss dining room. Wow! Nice new facility and fast service all at a reasonable price. Awesome fresh food at good prices! And the chicken doesn't taste like it's been previously chewed like at the other places with processed chicken. Thanks, keep up he great work... we'll be back! 😃😀👍

The food was really good there and there was a lot of it as well. The store was really clean as well. My only issue was that i had to find my waitress so we could pay.
