The dentist and staff are really nice and I have no doubt work hard. What really put a negative spin on my whole experience was the estimating procedure. I brought my son in for a consultation and received an estimate of around 1070 dollars. Once the procedure was done our total bill was over 2700 dollars! As we have no dental plan, this unexpected overage created financial hardship for us. As a professional estimator, I cannot be more than 10 percent out on a quote, but this was more like 150 percent!
