Friendly Staff.
Appointment went great, Had a decent time. (cleaning)
minus 2 stars cause I ask them to double check my insurance will if it will cover 100% Staff said "Yes"
Got a bill from Healthy Smiles at end of the month for $200 plus.

Dentist fiasco doesn't know how to form fillings on top teeth, he's extremely heavy handed and drills so deep that you'll end up having to get a root canal anyways. If you teeth didn't hurt before you came in there they'll hurt when you're done. He will say that your cracked tooth that needs a crown should wait, so you have to get a bridge, more money in his pocket. If he knows you have insurance he'll milk you for all your worth with 600 dollar x rays. Everything he does is rough. Don't go here.

Friendly staff and I thought it was welcoming to offer refreshments i.e. Karma water, Coconut water etc. for their clients. Was referred here due to school coverage but I am very pleased with my service thus far :-)

Prior to my first visit to Dr. Faissal Mouhamad I had never had a cavity in my life. At my first visit, I was told that I had now developed 8 cavities, needed a root canal, and a crown.
Foolishly, I went along with this and started a marathon (I had one session of over 4.5 hours)of what I now believe to be unnecessary treatment. The dental assistants would tell me one thing and the dentist would tell me another. Cancelled an appointment with me on one hours notice because 'his wife was entering her 20th hour of labour'. TELL ME YOU CAN'T MAKE IT SOONER!!!!
If that wasn't bad enough, his staff is argumentative and very vague on any details of your treatment. The bill that came was completely undecipherable and unintelligible. I am a senior manager in municipal government and my wife is an accountant, yet neither of us could make heads nor tails of his bill. When we asked his staff to explain things they could not. I would NEVER recommend this dentist, nor this office.
