One of the stylists didn't feel like giving me a haircut so she decided to have the receptionist call and tell me she was sick when she is in fact at work today. Very very unprofessional.

I didn't personally have anything done, but I booked an appointment to treat my mum. She had a Mani & pedi and was super happy with it. The staff were super friendly, and when booking the appointment, I was helped which was great and made it simple. I have never seen my mum that relaxed. She said after that she has only ever had 3 pedicures and this was by far the best. She's already excited to go back. She didn't want it to end. It does sound expensive, but you definitely get what you pay for. Worth every penny.

I went to your soma south for a message and was very disappointed!!! The girl spent majority of the time on the stool rubbing the same spot. Huge waste of money!!! I have been to north location many times and have always been happy with many different girls!!! To bad!!!

I booked a massage for one location, only to discover it was booked for a different location. I was a little upset, but I understand mistakes happen. The woman at the desk asked if I would be able to make it there in 15 minutes, and yes I was able to. However, when I got to the location, I was informed that it was cancelled. The person at that location was also quite rude, they had attitude when I spoke to them. I left upset. Might go back, but not for a massage.
