Had bad experience with my dentist and asked blue cross to intervene on my behalf. I called them three times but they would not help. Says it wasn't their place. Why the hell do we pay huge amount of money. They can take your money but won't do any work when you need them to. I finally got hold of the manager and she told me if I send a cheque to cover what they had already paid out for the tooth and the would let the new claim through. I did that like a chump. When I submitted my claim it was denied. I called her back and was given lots of excuses. When I wanted my money back, they didn't want to give it back. They finally got off their asses and called the dentist to get my money back. It's just show VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ARE NOTHING TO THEM UNLESS THEIR MONEY IS AFFECTED.
