Authentic Indian fare, one of the best restaurants in the region! Shalimar offers table d’hôte menus at lunch and supper on Wednesdays and lunch buffets Thursdays and Fridays, as well as a supper buffets Thursday through Sunday evenings. Saturday evening's buffet is the most sophisticated. À la carte dining is available upon request and depending on occupancy of the restaurant. It's always a good idea to call ahead for questions or special requests. Takeout is available too! Do not miss out, Shalimar is the real deal.

Extremely slow service, expensive for the amount of food they served.I won't recommend it to anyone. Disappointed 😏 very poor 😡
Not only that when I told them your services are extremely slow, they start arguing with me. Worst food and arrogant staff.

I helpd the owners over 30 years ago to prepare the building. It is my most favorie restaurant in North America;)

Opened more than 25 years ago Shalimar is must for fine indian food in Sherbrooke. A family run place where you can chat with the owner. They use first class ingredients and their food is just spicy enough. My favorites are the naan bread, the curry beef and the lentils soup. Whether it's for the buffet or the à la carte menu it's definitely a must in the region.
