We brought our 4 month old pup in because she was had acute vomiting. The vet nurse and the vet were both very professional and very curtious. Understanding this was an emergency veterinarian hospital I knew the bill was going to be high but our dogs health was our biggest concern. If you have time to see a normal vet, do that and save some money. But in emergency cases like ours I was so happy this establishment existed and they were able to diagnose and treat our puppy.

Thank you for assisting us tonight. We hope we don't need to use your service again but we're so glad you're always here to help 24/7/365 in case of emergencies.

This was the worse vet appointment I have experienced in my life. I have basically paid $300 dollars for no answers. I woke up around 8am to my 3 year old cat having blood in his urine, so I called my vet and they were worried that because it was Saturday and they were understaffed that it wouldn't get addressed in a timely manner, so they referred me here. I got to the clinic around 9am and because I had the referral, I was put in a room right away. I did not see a vet FOR 3 HOURS! Even after I informed them that he was peeing blood in their sink and that I had patiently been waiting for 2.5 hours already. Finally, after my partner called the front desk to ask why it was taking so long, a very frazzled vet came in, and started talking erratically. He basically gave me some food and some non absorbent litter, told me that they needed a urine sample to do anything, and then ran out of the room. After painstakingly trying to get a urine sample, we finally got a decent fresh one and took it to the vet. At which point they told me it would be $100 -- a point the vet failed to mention the day before. Needless to say, I will drive literally anywhere else to meet my animals emerg needs from now on. Just completely awful.

I brought my dog in because he was injured and needed stitches. We had to wait for a bit because there were animals that were in need of more urgent care: totally understandable. Both the vet and vet tech were extremely nice and friendly. They did a good job, and managed to get him stitched without sedation, which is less expensive and also safer than putting an animal under. Pricing is high, but that's emergency vet clinics for you; they're expensive to run. Overall, a good experience, and I would go back.

I have a litter of nine pups that were just over 3 weeks old. Half of them had some diarrhea and since they're so small, I was worried they had something contagious that could threaten the litter.
I called to bring one pup in. $160 to see one pup and if Meds were prescribed that would increase the price. To have the entire litter treated, I would need each pup examined at $80 each plus any medicine they would need. (Even though, if one had something contagious, they all had it and the treatment for each would be exactly the same.)
I asked if they were serious? She said yes that is the policy of the clinic.
It would have cost me over $1000 to have my litter looked at and treated!!!
I called around and remembered I used a clinic in Niagara Falls once before. I took three pups in and was happy to learn that the diarrhea was probably food related (I was given advice on what to change) and to deworm the pups again. ALL FOR $90!
So, please check around before accepting outrageous prices.
The vet I used in Niagara Falls was absolutely excellent. He was personable, gentle, and very knowledgeable. --Dr Adel.

This was my second visit in approximately one year. Both times were worrisome for me with my mature diabetic cat in shock and this time she was also having seizures. Everyone at this clinic is professional, calming, reassuring and reacting to the gravity of the situation.

This clinic is located within a few minutes of my regular veterinarian which is in-part the reason for my selection.

Once my cat was stabilized, on both visits to this emergency clinic, I later brought her to my own vet. Everyone is understanding at the Niagara Veterinary Emergency clinic that my vet knows my cat and it's more financially feasible for me to move her. The front end staff contacted my vet clinic as did Dr. Will Rotenberg. He very kindly called my clinic to discuss in detail the best course of action for my Carly cat which made a difference in the next steps and was sincerely appreciated.

The follow-up phone calls are always genuine and show caring and concern for my precious cat and I. With every visit I am treated with respect and kindness as is my kitty cat.

I highly recommend this clinic and as the situation arises, I will return. Fingers crossed that I will not be experiencing an emergency late at night or in the very early morning hours, any be anytime soon. Healthy happy cats are good for us all!

Thank you!
