Nice rooms and really nice bathrooms. Missed having a fridge and the only ice machine is in the basement. Although bed was comfy, I had bedbugs! Not cool at all. No elevator from parking garage which means you carry your heavy load up some stairs. L

Generally a clean place, safe and the staff are friendly. The beds are nice. Bathrooms are very small and there is no tissues. Fridges would be a helpful addition. The hotels only drink machine has 7 options and was sold out of water. The restaurant was quiet and clean. There is comfortable seating and the food is good while the menu options are limited. While there is free wifi there is no auto reconnection and the wifi sometimes does not work. I can no longer log onto it and I am not sure why but it is my last night so it is not bad. Generally its a really nice place but it could be improved simply and cost effectively.

Reading the reviews you really cant get a gage on the quality of the hotel. I stayed here 3 times with no complaints. Its a dated hotel, you can see the wear and tear, but they do their best to upkeep what they have. Room was tiny but comfortable, but lounge area was spacious. Had microwave, fridge and coffee maker, lots of towels in the bathroom- which was clean. The bed was clean, the room was very well put together. The only challenge I had was finding plugs for my electronics. Staff was helpful, but then again I didn't really need any assistance from them. Location is great for downtown. Conference area is spacious and accessible, we were provided with light breakfast with typical, fruits, pastries, drinks (coffee, tea and juices). Not sure if lunch was catered by the hotel but it was healthy with a few choices. I was travelling single but felt safe. I don't really have time to enjoy or use the amenities, so I cant really comment on them. Over all it was a nice visit. Like anything you really have to see for yourself as one person's dingy and small is another persons cozy and comfortable.

Customer service is good. The hotel itself is just okay. The rooms do not have fridge or microwave, which should be standard for the amount of money you pay for the room. The TV half the channels were not working and the room phone was also not working half of the time. The room was decent size. Nothing about this location says Ramada. I thought Ramada is supposed to be a premium hotel chain, either the standards have gone low or this location does not meet their own standards.

Creaky floors & a little more updating would be nice (especially pool change room area). The restaurant cannot accommodate a busy Sunday morning, I had to eat elsewhere. However, staff is great, rooms are clean with exceptionally good maid service. All staff are very friendly. Room is cozy, spacious with good views. I would come back.
