I have been going to Leslieville Yoga for the last 4.5 years, pretty much since Anita opened her studio on Leslie street, just North of Dundas. Not only does Anita know her stuff with her continual yoga upgrading and knowledge of physiology, she is a truly caring, delightful and real down-to-earth person. I credit her class with helping me recover from a lower back injury. Her First Fridays are also amazing because she picks such excellent guest speakers. As you can tell, I'm biased! I love it here.
