EVERYTHING IS A SALES PITCH. As soon as I sat down I had dry skin because of something they could fix with a facial and I had patchy brows because of blah blah. Anyway, if you want to feel uncomfortable and dodge pushy sales staff while you're paying for a treatment then come here. Zero out of five.

I get my eyebrows done at the CBV locations at Bay/Bloor and the Eaton Centre. Both great customer service and great brow work. I'd definitely recommend!

While they do a good job on my brows, every time I'm getting them done, I feel like I'm sitting through a sales pitch. If I was paying a below average price for brow waxing, it would be understandable, but I'm not. I just want to come in, get my brows done, and not have to listen to, and then turn down multiple products and a membership.

The Sherway Gardens location is amazing! All the staff are very polite and knowledgeable. I always look forward to making an appointment. They have made recommendations on various skincare products and services that have had a dramatic affect on my skins appearance. Thank you!

I always get the best brow waxes here. The ladies are always so nice and welcoming. I leave with nice brows and recommendations for healthier skin.
