Outstanding hotel in Santiago. Great for the international business travel. Only negative is the distance from downtown.

Hotel is great! Very beautiful with friendly staff. The pool and outdoor bar is very relaxing and well decorated. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. Hotel has sauna, massages and spa as well as a swimming pool.

Wonderful staff. Great food! The beds are cozy. No need for adapter. Amazing shower heads. Def some construction to improve the lower level area. Gym was decent too.

When you want quality, great food and outstanding service...Look no further and make your reservation for business and pleasure here. Great location and close to a variety of wonderful restaurants. The hotel restaurant was very good indeed ! I travel and stay at this hotel at least 50+ nights a year !
