Beautiful hotel! We stayed here for 7 nights in early October and the stay was perfect. Clean room, great food at the buffet and the staff were attentive and the facilities including the spa and pool/ beach area were lovely! The perfect choice for a proper resort break.

Very Nice hotel, nicely decorated.l Nice and helpful stuff. Good and rich breakfast. located 25min walk from the port, or 5 min by taxi (8€). The rooms are large and have safe, tv, good A/C, and balcony. BUT outrageous price$$, for instance: for an nespresso espresso you will pay 4.45€ , for very average dinner 39€ per person and so on. Button line

Staff are amazing, welcoming and helpful. Stayed at the Royal suite with private pool. Private pool jets were turned off at 12:00 noon everyday, that was a bummer given the quantity of insects drawn to the pool. Otherwise room was nice and cozy, always clean and tidy. The resort is beautiful, the outdoor pool is very nice. However don't expect an immense beach with golden sand.

The thing is that it is a very beautiful and expensive hotel, in my opinion the service and customer support doesn't live up to it. We were waiting for our drinks in the lobby for 45 minutes, when we asked them they said that the order was cancelled because apparently we moved to the table next to ours but nobody could find us. They said they will fix it immediately so we waited for another 20 minutes. When we asked for a blanket for the kid we asked again for the drinks and she said she will go to do them now. I do not think it is a correct way to behave in a 5 star hotel, we waited more than an hour and then we had to leave.

This hotel doesn't worth this money. For Europe and Dubai and Singapore it's not a 5 star hotel. On their beach (it's very small) there are peaces of glass from beer bottles. I think they need to care better about it. There are a lot of small problems with stuff, service. It's better to spend these money in a different country.
