A pleasant and clean hotel with a playground for kids. In August 2008 there were major roadworks nearby that made it very hard to reach - we had to follow a bizarre detour through a petrol station and housing estate. Pleasant staff, clean rooms, fine for an overnight stay and popular with the locals judging by the number enjoying a drink on the terrace.
Note the Google placemark is not very accurate - the Mercure Batignole is a little to the north-west, standing by itself at the western end of Rue De La Pointe. You can easily spot it on the Satellite View.
