This was extremely busy and we waited in line for some time, but the attendant was one of the most patient people (with everyone he dealt with) I have ever witnessed. And so kind. There was a problem with our Dollar rental as we didn't know we couldn't take the car out of the country, so this gentleman worked quickly to get us set up. We were so impressed.

The place was unattended for at least 30 minutes even though we were booked to pick up the car in advance. We called the place several times on different days but no one answered the phone. The guy was very friendly and spent more than an hour to describe the rules with us and emphasized on the importance of them but the car they gave us was broken. We had to change the car in next city.

The two star I gave to this office is for the polite person at the office other than that everything else is terribly disappointing. The office was not attended for half an hour when we went for picking up the car.
The car was faulty and gave us lots of trouble. And we changed the car in Netherlands.
It should not be how a rental car service operates.

Great service, spoke Fluent English but accommodated us practicing our French with patience and clear and simple French.
