Stayed here for a short getaway. All of the staff were helpful and friendly, and spoke excellent English. The hotel itself is situated right next to the main island so the cathedral is a 2 minute walk from the front door and visible from the hotel. The room was outstanding; comfortable beds, spacious, an incredible view and in keeping with the rest of the city. Overall, it was a great stay and great value for money. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anybody.

It is the third time that my husband and I have stayed there over the past 10 years. We went back last weekend and enjoyed the newly refurbished and renovated rooms. There is a strange smell that persists in the rooms (perhaps from cleaning products?), but the rooms are very beautiful, very spacious, and the staff is very friendly. We also love that you can park the car in the car park in front of the hotel and that they provide special discounts for their guests. We stayed in one of their newly renovated suites (room 103) and enjoyed our stay there very much. Besides how big the room was, we also got to enjoy a balneo bathtub. The hotel is very convenient in its location as you are very close to the centre by foot, and you have many restaurants and cafés close by.

Very nice hotel with comfortabe beds, luxurious rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located and close to everything downtown.

I was actually so impressed by this hotel. Maybe because it was unexpected but we were here right before Christmas and they were so festive. There was mulled wine in the lobby with pain épices, they had bought gifts for all the children staying over the last major weekend before Christmas. Just so many warm touches that made our stay exceptional. Would definitely come back. Also very convenient access to city centre and some good nearby food!
