We had no complaints at all. The price was pretty reasonable for the location. The room was very clean and the staff were excellent. We would definitely return here.

Good location, decent size room, decent breakfast, room a bit tired though, let us check out at 12 which was perfect timing for our flight

I stayed in room 515. Whilst the rest of the hotel was cool, bearing on mind this is October, the room / corridor I stayed in was so HOT. I complained but they couldn't move me. I opened the window but it is straight onto a main road. It was very noisy all night with traffic noise. No maintenance could sort it and reception could do nothing about it. They feigned surprise although I believe it's an ongoing problem they knew about from the body language, I put up with it for the first night but got zero sleep. Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and location is good. Just let down by not being able to sleep all night which after all is what the room is for. I wouldn't stay there again but I'm just warning of the problem.

Very spartan though spacious family room. 3 beds with unobstructed view to the other beds. Poor shower head.
Beware: their "bike service" is an expensive shop in the neighboring Europe Center. At 20 euros per day a rip-off compared to the normal rate of 12 euros.

Such a great hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located, close to public transport and very central. It is easy to get to this hotel from tegal airport (X9 bus from the airport with a short walk to the hotel). Our room was clean, large and well equipped. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in Berlin.
